Here at Heartwood, we seek to make our designs accessible and affordable to homeowners who are looking to add value and useable space to their homes.

We meet with our clients on-site to provide one-on-one consultations; sharing design aesthetics, discussing specific needs, and reviewing their budgets for both the designs and the actual construction. Our licensed landscape architect takes all necessary measurements and photographs to fully assess and document the client’s space.

From these meetings we develop complete plans for our clients and again meet with them to demonstrate how the final product will appear. We work with clients to ensure these detailed plans meet all of their needs, and provide revisions if needed. We also offer 3D renderings of our designs to help clients better visualize their space. Once the client is satisfied with their plans, Heartwood works with local contractors to offer building options. When our clients need special permitting, we also work with the contractor to prepare the necessary plans for construction.
